So, welcome week was a huge success! Thank you to everyone who came along to one of our events; it was great to meet so many new mature students and to see some familiar faces too.
Friday’s night out was excellent and a fantastic turnout! Also some sore heads the next day for sure! It’s great to see so many people wanting to be a part of the society.
Speaking of which, we have some vacant committee roles that we need to fill. At the moment, only two of our required members are in post. We have the following vacancies and would LOVE to hear from anyone who would like to be considered:

We run a very relaxed society and don’t meet too regularly as a committee as we appreciate the busy lives mature students lead. Being part of the committee will, however, require you to attend roughly three meetings throughout the academic year and to engage with members and assist in the planning and execution of society-related events.
